Terms of Service

Yedran receives messages sent to the channels a business connects, drafts replies using language models grounded in that business’s knowledge base, sends those replies on its behalf, and escalates to a human agent when it cannot answer from a verified fact.

• Connect only accounts you are authorised to connect, and keep that authorisation valid.
• Ensure you have the right to process the personal data that flows through the connected channels, and to have it processed by us.
• Keep account credentials confidential and tell us promptly if they are compromised.
• Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate anyone, or for anything unlawful.

Yedran composes replies automatically and sends them from your connected accounts. You are responsible for the content of messages sent from your accounts, including automated ones. The service has controls to hold or escalate replies, and a test mode; configuring them is your decision. We do not warrant that generated text is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

You keep all rights in the data you send through the service. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and for no other purpose. We do not use your conversation content to train generalised models.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change these terms; material changes will be announced before they take effect, and continued use after that date is acceptance.

You may stop using the service and disconnect your channels at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that endangers the service or other users. On termination we delete your workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent the law allows, Deep Blue Coding is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
